According to the new LAW ON MARITIME PROPERTY AND SEA PORTS, the preparation of documentation for obtaining a concession is offered:
a) creation of a conceptual and main project for a location and building permit for obtaining a concession for building and economic use of maritime property

c) preparation of an economic justification study and a letter of initiative for obtaining a concession for building and economic use of maritime property
